He is passionate about advancing youth-centered, rights-based approaches and using strategic storytelling to improve health outcomes for underserved populations.

Biography

Samson Tolulope Odukogbe is a Global Health Communication and Knowledge Management Specialist working at the intersection of evidence, policy, and program implementation.

As Senior Knowledge & Communication Officer at ARFH, he drives strategic communication, knowledge translation, and youth-centered advocacy across donor-funded public health initiatives supported by the Gates Foundation, Global Fund, CIFF, US CDC, GAVI, UNESCO, and NPHCDA.

Samson specializes in transforming complex program data and field-level impact into high-quality technical outputs, including donor reports, policy briefs, and evidence-driven narratives that strengthen accountability, inform decision-making, and position programs for scale. His work bridges implementation, evidence, and policy, ensuring community realities inform national and global health conversations.

He is an active contributor to global health dialogue, with peer-reviewed abstract presentations and recognitions at leading platforms, including:
